The Resort

With an investment of R$160 million and an expected opening in 2027, the Anantara Preá Hotel will occupy a 52,000 m² area within Vila Carnaúba.

The resort will feature 70 guest suites, a two-bedroom presidential bungalow, and 25 branded residences managed by the hotel chain, all located within the condominium. The main facilities will include an exclusive pool for guests, a pool bar, a regional restaurant with a night bar, and an Anantara Spa offering a wide range of spa treatments and wellness programs for both guests and Vila's residents. Resort guests will have access to all the condominium’s amenities, including the Kite Center, Sunset Club, Sunset Lagoon, Kids Club, and the sports club.
