In July 2024, we launched Vila Carnaúba, with the delivery of all the roads, bike paths, reception, administrative headquarters, parking, and 6 freshwater lagoons, as well as a beachfront base for kiting so that our neighbors don't waste a minute out of the water!
This was the first completed stage of our planned destination powered by the wind, which also had its first houses delivered in 2024.
