Integradas ao projeto, as lagoas são parte da essência do Vila Carnaúba e conectam casas, paisagem e vida ao ar livre de forma contínua.
In July 2024, we launched Vila Carnaúba, with the delivery of all the roads, bike paths, reception, administrative headquarters, parking, and 6 freshwater lagoons, as well as a beachfront base for kiting so that our neighbors don't waste a minute out of the water!
This was the first completed stage of our planned destination powered by the wind, which also had its first houses delivered in 2024.
Amenities Now Open
We have expanded the Vila Carnaúba experience with the opening of the Sports Club, Sunset Lagoon, and Kids Club, spaces dedicated to well-being and thoughtfully designed for all ages. Residents can also enjoy tennis, beach tennis, and multi-sport courts, which have become a vibrant meeting point for friends and families.
